Zelda Goes Gold with 25 Years

ZeldaSkywardSwordThe Zelda franchise turns 25 this year, but I guess no one told Nintendo that it is a silver anniversary. Instead, they’re celebrating with gold. Gold paint, that is. In honor of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (coming out in November), Nintendo has announced a special bundle that will include the game, a snazzy golden Wii Remote Plus (a remote with MotionPlus built in), and a copy of The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony CD.

The limited-edition bundle will retail for $69.99, while the game can be purchased separately for $49.99. The CD will be included in the bundle and with early copies of the game.

For long-time fans, you’ll want to check out the Legend of Zelda Symphony live in Los Angeles and London this fall.
